New Family Homes for Scarva
Kelly Brothers Ltd. is preparing a full planning application seeking permission for the second phase of their development east of Scarva Main Street, including 80 new homes, comprising a mix of 50 semi-detached homes and 30 detached homes.

In addition to providing new family homes in Scarva, the proposals include new public open space, extensive landscaping and tree planting, a pedestrian link to Scarva Park, parking and associated infrastructure.
Before finalising and submitting this full planning application to Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, the project team is inviting the community to comment on the plans and share feedback.
